A health scare lead me to cut out sugar, white flour, and caffeine. I lost 30 pounds! But it was such a hard diet to maintain. I've gained about half of that back since moving away from NYC. I was fine maintaining the lost weight because I was walking 2+ miles a day and going to the gym.
